How an engineering brief actually runs

The discipline decides part of the workflow, but most of it is the same. Whether the role is a CATIA structures engineer in Bristol or a CNC setter-operator in Coventry, we follow the same process so nothing slips.

1. Brief to spec

We capture the role, the CAD packages, the certifications, the tolerance band, the must-haves and the timeline. You get a written brief back to confirm.

2. Vetted shortlist

We approach our network and active candidates, vet against CAD and certifications, interview and rank. You receive a tight shortlist with our notes.

3. Offer and onboarding

We coordinate the offer, manage counter-offer pressure, line up the start date and check in at day 7, 30 and 90.

Disciplines we deliberately do not cover

Industrial cleaning, hospitality, retail, food production and clinical healthcare sit best with sector specialists. We will tell you within one call if we are not the right fit.

Got a brief that fits one of these?

Send it across or use the form. We will be back within one working day.
